Kamogawa River Snow Scene

年数日だけ雪化粧する京都の街並み。ほとんどが昼には雪解けしてしまう。京都の街を南北に流れる鴨川が雪の覆われた。そう聞いて急いで向かった。どうか解けないでくれと願って向かったが、この日は雪が降りづいていた。貴重な雪化粧の鴨川。

The streets of Kyoto are covered with snow only a few days a year. Most of the snow melts by noon. The Kamo River, which runs north to south through the city of Kyoto, is covered with snow. Hearing this, I hurried to the river. I hoped that the snow would not melt, but it was still snowing that day. Precious snow-covered Kamo River.
